What materials are your bags made of?

Polyester and thermoplastic polyurethane, giving the bag both durable and flexible properties.

Are your bags waterproof?

Our bags are water resistant, but I’d be nervous to take it swimming with me. A little rain won’t stop the bag from working, just like it won’t stop you.

Are your bags machine washable?

Hard no on this one. Please wipe it down with a damp cloth only.

What is your return policy?

Please reach out to us at vibes@defiantmind.com and we’ll make sure you’re a happy customer. Typically it’s 30 days from purchase and unused, but things happen. We think you’ll love the bag though.
